The home was perfect for our needs. It was clean and well appointed. There is everything you would need in the kitchen plus some. We had 2 dogs with us so the yard was great. The yard was also clean and had lots of seating and a cool solo firepit that we definitely utilized. I messed up on my reservation and needed to stay an extra day. The host was very responsive to my request. We will look this place up next year as we visit the area every year. Thank you for your hospitality!

Exactly what you want from an Airbnb. The home was exactly as described with lots of very well thought out space and amenities and very clean. Brian was easy to communicate with and helpful. A great central location. Would absolutely book again!

The casita is tucked away behind the main house (a separate short term rental) in a secluded, green oasis with several comfy outdoor seating areas. I messaged Brian prior to arrival asking if the casita had a blender. After checking and not finding one, he ensured me that one would be available by the time I arrived. His extra effort made my stay even more delightful. In addition to the blender, I was excited to find the casita well stocked with special items like an air fryer, a toaster AND a toaster oven, stainless steel pans, and several waffle makers. So much luxury in a cozy space. Check in instructions were detailed, thorough, and easy to follow. I was impressed by the cleanliness of every room. Everything appeared brand new or recently deep cleaned. I had an issue on the first night and messaged Brian in the morning. He responded quickly, and he and Elena took immediate action to solve the issue above and beyond my satisfaction. I hope to stay again when I'm in the area.

Brian and Elena are absolutely amazing and I highly August booking with them! They thought of every detail through the entire place that would scream WELCOME! The condo is off of a lake and near all of the shopping centers, They made sure to simply check in on me and asked if I needed anything, everything besides the food you will eat is here. We had an unexpected displacement and it was difficult, their hospitality and the place itself allowed me to have peace of mind and relaxation. Exceptional in every way. Thank you!

I stayed at Brian’s place for two days to do work in Phoenix. It is located in the middle of everything you want to get to. I got to the airport in 10 minutes. I got to downtown Phoenix in 10 minutes. I got to Arizona Biltmore in 5 minutes. Very comfortable and a great host, too.

Enjoyed our stay in Columbia. Host was responsive and accommodating. We added an extra night at the last minute which was appreciated. Anything you need, it’s available. Kitchen supplies, toiletries, and the necessities. Some items were left behind and the host has been in contact and helpful.

This was my second time at Brian and Elena’s place, and it was an excellent stay again. Perfect place for working remotely and spending time around town. Super easy to find and check in. And both the kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked with anything you might need. Thanks again guys!

From the moment I booked the reservation Brian was very responsive and friendly. We came for a graduation and he accommodated an early check in and late check out. The house was beautiful with so many amenities and we felt right at home. We will definitely be coming back to stay.

Brian's place was exactly as described. The bed was super comfortable and the seating in the living room was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. There was a small desk with a monitor and a printer for our use. There was plenty of parking, and the outdoor area was an added bonus. I would recommend you check this if you're in town.

Brian and Elena's place was the perfect condo for my partner and my two week stay in Arizona. The place was spacious and the rooms large with plenty of storage. They made sure that we were stocked up with items for the duration of our stay with lots of extras and the kitchen was beautifully stocked with things we didn't even know we needed. We were allowed to check in earlier than the stated check-in time and check in was seamless and very easy. Both Brian and Elena were quick in responses if we ever had any questions or concerns. Excellent stay and excellent hosts! Will definitely stay here should we be back in the area! :)
