Bedroom 3 - Double bunk bed, twin on top of full; closet and dresser. Bathroom 1 - 1/2 bath attached to the Master Bedroom . Bathroom 2 - full bath, located in the hallway. Living Area - has 2 couches, a 65-inch Smart TV with Roku stick and a desk with chair and monitor. Kitchen - well-stocked kitchen and dining area with seating for 4. Full-size refrigerator, microwave and stove. The neighborhood: The house boarders a commercial zone and there are some 1-story warehouse buildings to the north (front side of the house) several hundred feet away. On the other sides, there are 1 and 2-story apartments shielded by vegetation on the fence lines on the west side of the house and behind it.

1 dog at least 2 years old and under 50lbs is welcome. Request approval with your pet's age, breed and weight. Please note that pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. An additional cleaning fee will be assessed to remove pet hair from furniture or bedding. Due to reoccurring issues with damages and additional cleaning caused by guests, a $500 security deposit will be processed by a 3rd party, Hospitable. Deposits are collected automatically 2 days before check-in. This collection might be a hold or a charge (depending on the card, vendor, and network). Deposits are released automatically 2 days after check-out (if no charge request is submitted). Guests will receive a reminder email 1 day before the deposit is collected.
