Cozy house was completely remodeled in 2020 and includes 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 full bath on one side of the house and a master suite with king bed and full bath on the other side. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need. Open floor plan, a large, private backyard and patio in a quiet neighborhood close to everything in Central Phoenix and conveniently located just a minute to SR 51. There is also a 240-V outlet in the car port to charge electric vehicles.

The full-size kitchen is fully furnished and well-stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, Keurig and drip coffee maker, toaster oven and much more. Many guests have stated how much they enjoyed the kitchen. There is a 50-inch Smart TV with a Roku Ultimate Streaming Media Player for using your Netflix, Hulu, AppleTV, Disney+ or other services with the secured WiFi. No cable/satellite TV service is provided. Please note that the external laundry room and backyard and patio are shared spaces with the casita behind the house. Some notable features: - 1,000Mbps Cox "Gigablast" Internet service. - Work remotely from the desk and comfortable chair in one of the bedrooms looking out to the backyard. - Dozens of excellent restaurants and shopping just minutes away - 5 minutes to Biltmore area; 7 minutes from the airport; 10 minutes to downtown Phoenix; 12 minutes to Desert Botanical Gardens & Phoenix Zoo; 17 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale - Experienced host who is dedicated to making sure you have a great stay - Quiet, safe, classic central Phoenix neighborhood with a serene backyard space. PLEASE NOTE - There is a small guest house behind the house under a separate listing ( Listing ID=49712856). The back patio, backyard and laundry room are shared spaces with the guests staying in the guest house. The laundry room is located off the back of the main house with full-size washer & dryer. Laundry detergent is provided as well as a vacuum, mops and other cleaning supplies if you need them.

Maximum of 2 pets welcome but requires pre-approval at booking. Please request approval with your pet's age, breed and weight. No pets under 2 years of age. Backyard is fully enclosed by fence/block wall but when casita is occupied pets require supervision when in the backyard and are not be allowed to roam freely.
