One pet over age 2 and under 50lbs is welcome but requires pre-approval. Condo located in an older complex in N Phoenix.

Additional parking adjacent to covered parking. - Dedicated workstation in each bedroom The space: Master Bedroom - large bedroom with king bed on the second floor and has exclusive access to the balcony. Has a desk with monitor and chair, small refrigerator, large dresser, night stands on both sides of the bed, 42-inch Smart TV with Roku stick, and a large closet. Bedroom 2 - queen bed with desk, chair, 2 dressers, small Roku Smart TV, closet on the second floor. Bedroom 3 - this bedroom is on the first floor and has access to one of the 2 patios. Queen bed with a desk, chair, 2 large closets, tall dresser. Bathroom 1 - downstairs, next to Bedroom 1. Bathroom 2 - full bath, upstairs between the Master Bedroom and Bedroom 2. Living Area - has a couch and reclining chair, 50-inch Smart TV with Roku stick. Open floorplan with the dining area and kitchen. Kitchen - well-stocked galley style kitchen adjacent to the dining area, which has seating for 6. Full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stove. Ice maker, air fryer, blender and many other extras. There is a community pool and hot tub in the condo complex. For those of you visiting in the cooler months, the pool is not heated. This is an older complex and the maintenance of the grounds is not always the best so if you're looking for a newer or more upscale community with great amenities, this might not be for you.

1 pet at least 2 years old and under 50lbs is welcome. Request approval with your pet's age, breed and weight. Please note that pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. An additional cleaning fee will be assessed to remove pet hair from furniture or bedding.
