With 2,400 sq ft, this spacious and comfortable home has just about everything you need for a great home away from home. Some of the notable features: - Host that is dedicated to ensuring you have a great stay and available should there be any questions or issues. We only have a few Airbnb properties and provide a personal touch. - 1,000Mbps Cox "Gigablast" Internet and WiFi - Private backyard with grill & amenities. Great for small gatherings and relaxing. - Large, well stocked kitchen and open dining area with seating for 16 - Dedicated work station with a 24" monitor, mouse, keyboard and multi- function printer/scanner to work remotely. - 2 living rooms with large Smart TV's (65" & 86") - 5 Smart TV's throughout the house. - All beds have new memory foam mattresses - A great central location with highway access just a minute away. - Pets welcome with a small $50 pet fee. (no pets under the age of 2) - Great central location. 12 min from the airport & Talking Stick Resort; 10 min to Old Town Scottsdale; 11 min to the Zoo & Desert Botanical Gardens; 20 min to downtown Phoenix The large kitchen and dining area has seating for 16 between the tables and large island. The well-equipped kitchen has most everything (and possibly more) that you will need including a 12-bottle wine fridge; large toaster oven; traditional drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine; filtered water at the fridge and kitchen sink; complimentary coffee, K-cups, spices, and much more. There are 2 living rooms, both with large Smart TV's (65" and 86") and Polk soundbar systems. The back living room has a wood-burning fire place, a table with seating for four and a workstation with monitor, keyboard, mouse and printer/scanner for easy remote working. The beds feature new memory foam mattresses and bedding. The master bedroom has a king bed, dresser, Smart TV, two (2) closets and an attached full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and closet. 3rd bedroom has two (2) twin beds, a Smart TV, and closet. The 4th bedroom on the other side of the house is 400 sq ft and has two (2) queen beds, the 3rd full bathroom, a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, sink and Keurig coffee machine, a table with seating for four (4), a Smart TV, reclining couch and access to the patio via the sliding glass door. The 2nd full bathroom is located in the hallway by the first three bedrooms. There is a large capacity washer and dryer located off the back living room for your use. Laundry detergent is provided in addition to an iron and ironing board. Vacuums, mops and cleaning supplies also provided. We have a Graco Pack 'n Play Travel Dome LX Playard available. Please let us know when making your reservation if you would like to use it during your stay as it is shared with our nearby property. The backyard was completely remodeled and features a large table on the patio with six (6) oversized, cushioned chairs. In the middle of the yard is the seating area with an outdoor sofa and 4 large chairs around the smokeless fire pit. There's also a hammock and chaise lounge, a Weber Genesis propane grill and a small cooler. 2 pets at least 2 years old and under 50lbs are welcome. Pre-approval is required at booking. Please pick up after your pet and do not let pets on the furniture or bedding. Additional cleaning fees will apply to remove pet hair from furniture or bedding. We want you to have a great experience but please be aware of the regulations enacted by the City of Scottsdale regarding short-term/vacation rentals: Parties are not allowed. Per City of Scottsdale Revised Code, Chapter 18, Article VIII - Nuisance Parties and Unlawful Gatherings, any party or event violating any part of this section will result in a fine of up to $500. If there are any questions regarding this, please ask but just please keep noise down during quiet hours (10pm to 9am) and there should be no issues.
