Full access to washer & dryer located behind the main house and the furnished patio and backyard (shared spaces). Located in a quiet neighborhood with driveway parking. A fantastic central location with great dining and shopping just minutes away! Pets welcome but requires pre-approval. No pets under 2 years of age.

Casita was completely remodeled in 2020. The full-size kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, Keurig machine, toaster and much more. There is a 50-inch TV with a Roku Ultimate Streaming Media Player for using your Netflix, Hulu, AppleTV, Disney+ or other services with the secured WiFi. The casita is tucked away behind the main house (a separate short term rental) in a secluded, green oasis with several comfy outdoor seating areas. I messaged Brian prior to arrival asking if the casita had a blender. After checking and not finding one, he ensured me that one would be available by the time I arrived. His extra effort made my stay even more delightful. In addition to the blender, I was excited to find the casita well stocked with special items like an air fryer, a toaster AND a toaster oven, stainless steel pans, and several waffle makers. So much luxury in a cozy space. Check in instructions were detailed, thorough, and easy to follow. I was impressed by the cleanliness of every room. Everything appeared brand new or recently deep cleaned. I had an issue on the first night and messaged Brian in the morning. He responded quickly, and he and Elena took immediate action to solve the issue above and beyond my satisfaction. I hope to stay again when I'm in the area.

This was my second time at Brian and Elena’s place, and it was an excellent stay again. Perfect place for working remotely and spending time around town. Super easy to find and check in. And both the kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked with anything you might need. Thanks again guys!

Brian's place was exactly as described. The bed was super comfortable and the seating in the living room was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. There was a small desk with a monitor and a printer for our use. There was plenty of parking, and the outdoor area was an added bonus. I would recommend you check this if you're in town.

I really loved Brian's casita. It is so peaceful back there and so quiet. Waking up every morning to birds chirping and bright sunshine is just amazing. Brian and Elena were fantastic hosts and very responsive. The casita was immaculate when I arrived. The kitchen has every utensil you need and more, it even has an air fryer which was a nice touch. The bed was comfy and the workstation really came in handy for my work days. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and it's 1 mile from Whole Foods and Fry's (Kroger/QFC depending which coast you're from). It's close to HWY51 to head north or south to hikes, cycling etc but far enough away you can't hear anything. I can't say enough good about this casita, it's no wonder it's always rented. I was sad to leave to be honest.

Great stay. Would stay here again if I came back to Phoenix. Neighborhood and casita are comfortable. Exactly as described. Loved the shared space. Nice little back yard Didn’t use grill but nice little set up which is taken care of (other places have not done this)

Perfect location. We felt safe walking around the area. This was the best-stocked Airbnb that we have ever rented. Any questions that we had were promptly answered. Wouldn't hesitate to rent this casita if we would return to the area.
